By placing an order on Flooto, the customer agrees to the following Return, Refund and Replacement terms.
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
A product will only be eligible for return if:

✅ Product is unused
✅ Product is not damaged by customer
✅ All accessories are available
✅ Serial number matches
✅ Invoice is available
✅ Product is returned in same condition as delivered
The following products may NOT be eligible for return:

- Custom Made Products

- Underwear
- Software Licenses
- Gift Cards

Mobile will NOT be eligible for return if:

Company inspection may be required before approval.

❌ Installed and Used Product
❌ Customer Damage
❌ Voltage Damage
❌ Water Damage
After Installation:
Warranty claims must be handled through Manufacturer Service Center.

Tags must remain attached.
7. FOOD ITEMS POLICY

No Return
No Refund
No Exchange

11. DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY
If package is visibly damaged:
Customer should:
✅ Take photos
✅ Take video
✅ Report immediately
within 24 hours.
12. REFUND PROCESS
Refund approved after successful inspection.

13. RETURN ABUSE POLICY
Flooto reserves the right to reject returns where:
- Excessive Returns
- Fraudulent Claims
- Product Switching
- Empty Box Claims without evidence
- Repeated Abuse
Accounts may be suspended permanently.
14. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
For products above ₹5,000:
Strongly recommended to record:
- Package opening
- Product condition
- Accessories
Claims without evidence may be rejected.
15. SELLER RIGHTS
Seller may:
- Inspect returned product
- Reject invalid claims
- Request additional proof
16. FLOOTO FINAL DECISION
Flooto reserves the right to make the final decision regarding:
- Return Eligibility
- Refund Eligibility
- Replacement Eligibility
- Fraud Investigation
The decision of Flooto shall be final and binding.
