By placing an order on Flooto, the customer agrees to the following Return, Refund and Replacement terms.


1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

A product will only be eligible for return if:

✅ Original packaging is available

✅ Product is unused

✅ Product is not damaged by customer

✅ All accessories are available

✅ Serial number matches

✅ Invoice is available

✅ Product is returned in same condition as delivered


The following products may NOT be eligible for return:

  • Consumed Products
  • Personalized Products
  • Custom Made Products
  • Hygiene Products
  • Underwear
  • Software Licenses
  • Gift Cards

2. MOBILE PHONE RETURN POLICY

7 Days Replacement Only

No Return for Change of Mind

No Return for Personal Preference


Mobile will NOT be eligible for return if:

❌ SIM inserted

❌ Google Account Added

❌ Apple ID Added

❌ Device Activated

❌ Software Updated by User

❌ Physical Damage Found

❌ Water Damage Found

❌ Screen Broken

❌ Seal Removed

❌ IMEI Mismatch


Eligible Cases

✅ Dead on Arrival (DOA)

✅ Wrong Product Received

✅ Missing Accessories

✅ Manufacturing Defect

✅ Non-Functional Device


Company inspection may be required before approval.

7 Days Replacement Only


Eligible:

✅ Transit Damage

✅ Manufacturing Defect

✅ Dead on Arrival


Not Eligible:

❌ Installed and Used Product

❌ Customer Damage

❌ Voltage Damage

❌ Water Damage


After Installation:

Warranty claims must be handled through Manufacturer Service Center.

5. LED TV POLICY

Replacement:

7 Days

Eligible:

✅ Screen Damage at Delivery

✅ Wrong Model

✅ Dead Product

Video recording during unboxing is strongly recommended.


6. FASHION PRODUCTS

  • Shirts
  • T-Shirts
  • Jeans
  • Sarees
  • Shoes
  • Jackets

Return Window:

7 Days


Eligible:

✅ Size Issue

✅ Wrong Product

✅ Damaged Product

✅ Defective Product


Not Eligible:

❌ Used Product

❌ Washed Product

❌ Torn by Customer

❌ Missing Tags


Tags must remain attached.


7. FOOD ITEMS POLICY

Examples:

  • Grocery
  • Snacks
  • Beverages
  • Packed Food

NO RETURN

NO EXCHANGE

NO REFUND


Except:

✅ Expired Product

✅ Damaged Packaging

✅ Wrong Product

✅ Missing Item


Complaint must be raised within 24 hours.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Software
  • License Keys
  • E-books

No Return

No Refund

No Exchange

After Delivery.


11. DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY

If package is visibly damaged:

Customer should:

✅ Take photos

✅ Take video

✅ Report immediately

within 24 hours.


12. REFUND PROCESS

Refund approved after successful inspection.

Original Payment Method


Refund Timeline

UPI: 1–5 Working Days

Bank: 3–7 Working Days

Cards: 5–10 Working Days


13. RETURN ABUSE POLICY

Flooto reserves the right to reject returns where:

  • Excessive Returns
  • Fraudulent Claims
  • Product Switching
  • Empty Box Claims without evidence
  • Repeated Abuse

Accounts may be suspended permanently.


14. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

For products above ₹5,000:

Strongly recommended to record:

  • Package opening
  • Product condition
  • Accessories

Claims without evidence may be rejected.


15. SELLER RIGHTS

Seller may:

  • Inspect returned product
  • Reject invalid claims
  • Request additional proof

16. FLOOTO FINAL DECISION

Flooto reserves the right to make the final decision regarding:

  • Return Eligibility
  • Refund Eligibility
  • Replacement Eligibility
  • Fraud Investigation

The decision of Flooto shall be final and binding.
